All SPAEF journals have adopted the style guidelines to be found in the latest edition of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association.

Manuscript review:

JHHSA, PAMIJ and PAQ utilize a web-based system for manuscript submission and review. You may submit manuscripts to these journals via the appropriate web address:

These manuscripts must be submitted as .PDF files with all author identifiers removed from the manuscript before submission.

Submissions to all other journals should consist of two hard copies and two disk copies directly to the journal editor.

Manuscripts accepted for publication:

Please submit final manuscripts in Microsoft Word.

All text must be spaced as follows:

·                     Double-spaced for initial submission and review

·                     Single-spaced for final publication

All text must be fully justified.

Margins (top, bottom) should be set at 2.0.”

Margins (left, right) should be set at 2.25.”

Please use Times New Roman 10 font size for the abstract; Times New Roman font size 12 for all other text.

All figures, tables and charts must conform to the margins listed above, and be embedded in the text.  Furthermore, these illustrations must be in Portrait orientation, and be typed in a font size no smaller than Times New Roman 8.

Note that the entire submission (manuscript, biographical sketch, abstract, and contact information) must conform to these format specifications.
